Brasserie Bries is sunny and friendly, full of chic domestic charm. The cuisine has a Mediterranean feel, as well as featuring a hefty dose of Zeeland flair. The dishes are light and full of creativity, prepared and presented with the utmost care.
Our head chef Gijs Pijnenburg cooks exclusively with absolutely fresh, organic products bought in from the top suppliers in the Zeeland region. In Brasserie Bries you can for instance enjoy fresh oysters, Oosterschelde lobster, Zeeland trout and fantastically tender lamb from the Levenstrijdse Dijk. Our wine list is just as exceptional, and it also includes local wines from Schouwen-Duiveland.
